Painted plein air at Windansea Beach, in La Jolla on the southern California coast. Some paintings just come together naturally and that was the case here. I love painting at Windansea, just a gorgeous location and a terrific atmosphere.

This 11 x 14 inch original oil painting was completed on natural linen panel, and the linen on the edges is untouched, giving the painting a contemporary, casual beachy vibe.
